Hi, I’m Tim Richards, the founder and president of Northwest Supply, Inc. (NWS). Our company offers a wide variety of services for the professional medical and scientific community. These services include:

• Buying and selling pre-owned and refurbished clinical equipment
• Appraisals
• Liquidations and surplus asset management programs
• Sales of new equipment
• Complete biomedical repair services

NWS is based in Northwestern Washington, but our clients range from Alaska to Texas. We network with dealers, refurbishers and manufacturers across the country to help our clients buy and sell new and refurbished equipment—and we service what we sell.

Over the past ten years we have experienced much growth. If you are already a customer, let me take this opportunity to say thank you. If you have not yet used our services, allow me to suggest three reasons why I think our customers keep coming back and referring us to their colleagues.

1. Save money. When it comes to pre-owned and refurbished equipment, customers will, on average save 50% off the cost of buying new.

2. Save time. When you call NorthWest Supply, we go to work via phone, fax and e-mail to contact sources from coast to coast in search of what you need. That search costs you nothing. Once we locate suitable equipment, it's your decision whether or not to buy. By the way, I am absolutely committed to prompt, complete and courteous communication with every client. If we promise to call, we WILL call.

3. Protection from "Rip-off Artists". Unfortunately, there are more than a few shady characters prowling about. Our networking and years of experience help us stay abreast of who's good, who's bad and who's downright ugly. That is protection for you. If a problem does arise, we'll handle it.
